Full Assembly/Disassembly

The Ice Bath Max can be further disassembled for storage or transport. It may also arrive completely disassembled for shipping and require the following additional steps.
Insert a straight put through the middle bottom joint. Before inserting it into the end joint, feed the bottom support layer through the tube. Repeat on the other panel and insert both ends of the straight pipe into the end joints.
The bottom joints need to have extra pressure applied to ensure they're completely inserted.
Insert the straight pipe through the middle top joint and into the end joint. Push the other end of the straight pipe into the other side. Repeat the previous steps for the other side of the Ice Bath.
The steps above can be reversed for disassembly.

Draining The Ice Bath

Connect the extendable drain pipe to the tap. Position the pipe and turn the tap to empty the Ice Bath. Use the inner bottom drain to remove any remaining water.

Cooling The Water

If the weather or water in your area isn't cool enough for an Ice Bath, there are several simple ways to lower the temperature. The easiest method involves freezing reusable containers filled with water. Additionally, you can use other cost-effective alternatives like freezing water bottles, ice packs, or numerous ice cubes. If convenience is key, consider using store-bought bags of ice or ice-making machines. You will also find that using the Ice Bath first thing in the early morning after a chilly night will give you the perfect temperature to start your day.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Before using your Ice Bath for the first time, please wash with warm soapy water, rinse and wipe down with a clean dry cloth. Never clean your Ice Bath with strong bleach-based detergents, as this may degrade the materials and waterproof seals. Monitor Water Quality: If the water in the ice bath becomes cloudy or starts to smell, it's time to change it! Regularly replace the water to maintain cleanliness. We recommend draining, cleaning and drying your Ice Bath atleast twice per week. When not in use, store the ice bath in a dry and cool area. Make sure it is completely dry before storing to prevent mold or mildew growth. Avoid Sharp Objects: Be cautious to avoid sharp objects that may puncture or damage the ice bath's walls or lining. We have provided two seals in the case of any rips on the Ice Bath. Simply peel the cover of the seal and apply to a clean, dry surface. We have also provided rubber rings to seal any leaks that may come from the tap. Your Ice Bath can be filled with cold or hot water up to 50°C. Always start filling with room temperature water, adjusting to your desired temperature as the Ice Bath gets closer to full.

Safety Information

ALWAYS consult your doctor before using an Ice Bath. Children, pets and vulnerable adults must always be supervised when in the vicinity of a water-filled ice bath, and should not enter due to risk of drowning. Always consult with a professional and do the necessary research before entering an Ice Bath. Despite the potential side effects and warnings, using an ice bath correctly actually has many health benefits! We will always recommend you begin by spending no more than a few minutes in the ice bath, and slowly working you way up to the recommended time, never push your body beyond its limits.
