We understand that receiving your order quickly and safely is important to you. That's why we have partnered with some of the best shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered to you in a timely and secure manner.

Shipping Times:

Our standard shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note that all shipping times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Delivery timeframe is an estimate of the number of business days (excluding public holidays) your order will take from courier pick up to delivery. 

We strive to dispatch all orders from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, please note that there may be occasions where the courier is unable to collect the order within 24 hours due to reasons beyond our control.

This includes weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact courier services. While we will do our best to ensure that your order is dispatched within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that it will be collected by the courier within this timeframe. 

It is also important to note that some of our products may be on backorder. This would mean that the courier collection will not occur until the product is back in stock and readily available in our warehouse.

A backorder notice will be visible prior to placing your order with us. There is also an estimated dispatch date included with the notice. Please view our Backorder Information page for further details.

Delivery Delays:

Please note that delays with couriers are possible when it comes to delivering an order. The estimated delivery date provided on our website is not guaranteed in any way. If there is a delivery dispute, we are required to wait for an official statement from the courier before providing any possible resolutions. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are determined by the specific product and delivery location. Our calculators factor in the dimensions and weight of each piece of equipment, ensuring that you get accurate and cost-effective shipping rates. Check out our shipping calculator, available on every product page in the "Shipping & Returns" tab and at the bottom of your cart.

Tracking Your Order:

You can easily track your order on our website using our Tracking Page. Once your order is collected by the courier, you'll also receive SMS and email updates to keep you informed of your package's journey and estimated arrival.

Important Info:

All our orders are shipped with the authority to leave (ATL). This means that the delivery driver can leave the packages on the property if there is no one to accept the delivery. As a result, we nor the carrier are responsible if the packages are stolen or missing.

In the case, the delivery tracking is displaying a confirmed delivery but you haven't received it, you are required to report the missing package within 48 hours so that we can lodge an investigation. This also includes packages that have not been delivered by the estimated delivery date. If the missing package isn't reported in a timely manner, we are not responsible if the courier refuses to provide evidence of delivery. If we are unable to receive the necessary evidence from the courier due to late reporting, we are unable to determine who's at fault and provide you with any compensation.

The delivery date displayed on our website is only an estimate provided by the courier. It is in no way guaranteed by us and delays are always possible. We are not responsible to provide any replacements if a delivery is taking too long to complete. If there are any disputes with a delivery, we are required to wait for a statement from the courier before providing any possible resolutions. 

International Shipping:

Currently, we don't offer international shipping, but we're working to make it available soon due to popular demand. We do, however, offer competitive shipping rates all across Australia.
