Delete your Recovry Zone app account
You can delete your Recovry Zone app account and its data at any time.
In the app:Β open Recovry Zone, go toΒ Account β Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email:Β emailΒ support@recovryzone.comΒ from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted:Β your profile (name and email), session history, daily check-ins, plan progress, AI coach usage, connected wearables (WHOOP or Oura access is revoked) and Alexa links.
What we keep:Β records of store orders, which we must keep for tax and warranty purposes. These are part of your Recovry Zone store account, not the app.
Subscriptions:Β deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
