Every setup is unique, and while our chiller is built for efficient and consistent cooling, its performance can be influenced by a range of external factors. These can include ambient temperature, water level, placement, and airflow.
To optimise cooling efficiency:
- Water Level: Keep water above the bottom outlet and below the top outlet to ensure proper water flow and faster cooling.
- Placement: Position the chiller in a shaded, well-ventilated area with at least 50cm of space for airflow.
- Insulation: Use all provided lids and ensure an airtight seal to maximise insulation.
While the chiller can be set to low temperatures, reaching the lowest setting is not guaranteed due to external factors. Not achieving this does not indicate a fault in the product.
