Cooling The Water

If the weather or water in your area isn't cool enough for an Ice Bath, there are several simple ways to lower the temperature. The easiest method involves freezing reusable containers filled with water. Additionally, you can use other cost-effective alternatives like freezing water bottles, ice packs, or numerous ice cubes. If convenience is key, consider using store-bought bags of ice or ice-making machines. You will also find that using the Ice Bath first thing in the early morning after a chilly night will give you the perfect temperature to start your day.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Before using your Ice Bath for the first time, please wash with warm soapy water, rinse and wipe down with a clean dry cloth. Never clean your Ice Bath with strong bleach-based detergents, as this may degrade the materials and waterproof seals. Monitor Water Quality: If the water in the ice bath becomes cloudy or starts to smell, it's time to change it! Regularly replace the water to maintain cleanliness. We recommend draining, cleaning and drying your Ice Bath atleast twice per week. When not in use, store the ice bath in a dry and cool area. Do not leave in direct sunlight. Make sure it is completely dry before storing to prevent mold or mildew growth. Avoid Sharp Objects: Be cautious to avoid sharp objects that may puncture or damage the ice bath's walls or lining. We have provided two seals in the case of any rips on the Ice Bath. Simply peel the cover of the seal and apply to a clean, dry surface. We have also provided rubber rings to seal any leaks that may come from the tap. Your Ice Bath can be filled with cold or hot water up to 50°C. Always start filling with room temperature water, adjusting to your desired temperature as the Ice Bath gets closer to full.

Safety Information

Despite the potential side effects and warnings, using an ice bath correctly actually has many health benefits! We will always recommend you begin by spending no more than a few minutes in the ice bath, and slowly working you way up to the recommended time, never push your body beyond its limits.
