Return Request
Please read before submitting your return request:
- We don’t charge any handling or restock fees.
- Returned items that aren’t in the same new condition they were received in may be rejected or incur cleaning/repair fees. Rejected returns must be reshipped at your expense.
- If we paid over $10 to ship your item, the excess will be deducted from your refund. Contact support to confirm this amount before proceeding.
Exchange Request
