Temperature Levels

The Sauna Blanket comes with 6 temperature levels ranging from 35° - 85° degrees celsius.

First Time Use

For an optimal first-time experience, we recommend entering the blanket 3-5 minutes after starting to allow for gradual heating and your body's adjustment to temperature changes. In colder weather, it may take up to 15 minutes for the blanket to reach the desired temperature. Begin with a lower temperature setting (2-3) for your first session and increase it if needed after 15 minutes. Start with shorter 15-30 minute sessions and gradually build up. If you choose not to wear clothes during the sauna session, laying a towel around your body is recommended for added comfort and hygiene.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Extend the life and efficiency of your Sauna Blanket with these essential cleaning and maintenance steps. After each session, open the blanket for ventilation. Once cooled, clean with a mild, non-abrasive spray and wipe with a clean, dry towel. Ensure thorough drying before storing to prevent moisture-related issues. Store in a cool, dry place. Regularly inspect the power cord and heating elements for wear. These practices ensure a lasting and enjoyable Sauna experience.
