The Smart Chiller can set the water to 3°C. Reaching this temperature depends on ambient weather, water temperature, water capacity, and the chiller + ice bath environment. To achieve optimal results, keep the chiller out of direct sunlight and use the least amount of water needed. While 3°C is possible, most ice bath users prefer temperatures between 10-15°C for effective cold therapy.
How energy-efficient is the Smart Chiller?
The chiller is designed for efficiency. Once it reaches the set temperature, it automatically shuts off while continuing to circulate water. If the temperature rises, it restarts to maintain the set level. Unlike competitors, we offer a mobile app with scheduling—automate your sessions and run the chiller only when needed. If you want a cold bath in the morning, set it to turn on at midnight so it's ready when you wake up. Once you’re done, the chiller will turn off, saving you money on energy and extending its lifespan.
Can I control the temperature remotely?
Yes! Unlike Bluetooth devices that require you to be nearby, our Smart Chiller connects to your home WiFi, allowing you to control it 24/7 from anywhere in the world, as long as your internet is active.
How easy is it to set up?
Super easy! Simply connect the hoses: one from the top outlet of the chiller to the tub, and one from the bottom outlet to the tub. The connections are color-coded to prevent mistakes. Then, plug it in and you’re done! Competitors require multiple fragile, external components that need their own power, aren't weatherproof, and increase leak risks.
Does it work with all your ice baths?
Yes! The Smart Chiller is fully compatible with all our tubs: Pro, Max, Ultra Barrel, and Ultra Bath. The Pro and Max tubs have two tap outlets for easy connection, and both Ultra tubs feature dual chiller outlets. Simply screw in the hoses, and you're good to go.
Is the Smart Chiller waterproof?
Yes, it has an IPX4 waterproof rating. This means it can withstand splashes and exposure to natural elements—something our competitors can't offer. However, we still recommend keeping it under cover for optimal performance and longevity.
